Both a hit and a miss
The main swimming pool and deck offer fine views of the beach, and the food, especially at the Sunset Lounge, is amazing. Staff members are friendly and helpful.
Despite the beautiful surroundings, the room had inconsistent air conditioning issues, which disturbed our sleep at night. We felt some follow-up on our concerns was lacking, which didn't align with the high expectations set by the resort.

A well-maintained and luxurious hotel in Meads Bay with caring staff with the finest and most thoughtful service from the attentive staff. Remote location to the island in what felt like a mini adventure. Close to non-motorized water sports, and the beaches. Useful base for exploring Meads Bay.

Location: the hotel was close to Viceroy, and five star service in the Caribbean. The pool was nice and I had soft drinks in the main bar.

We enjoyed the fine views from our room at Meads Bay. The amenities like the plunge pool added a relaxing touch. Food at Sunset Lounge impressed us with delicious sushi and beautiful sunset views. Staff treated us well most of the time. Beach service brought smoothies and muffins daily, a lovely surprise. Housekeeping fell short. Items in our mini-bar weren't always replenished, and the room cleaning process wasn't consistent. Dining options felt limited with only two on-hotel restaurants, and some meal charges were incorrect which needed addressing. My overall experience was great.
